We charge a flat fee of 10% +iva on any bookings we make for you and you will always deal with the client directly eliminating any middle men from the outset.
Our fees are the same for private owners and rental management companies making our service unbiased.

We have invested continually in this field and not only excel with this form of media but are actively involved in its future development.
When you advertise with us we can arrange a virtual tour of your property at very competitive rates which will be added to your Holiday Nerja webpage. Virtual tours add another dimension to our advertising and have proven to be a huge success. Virtual Tours are charged at an annual rate from as little as 75 euros per annum.
